2026 – Driving Forward to Success

Amid ongoing global uncertainty, Vietnam’s economy recorded positive results in 2025, achieving an impressive growth rate of 8.02%. Aligned with this broader momentum, AEC experienced a year marked by quiet determination and steady progress, gradually strengthening its capabilities and reinforcing a solid foundation for sustainable growth in the years ahead.

Throughout 2025, all AEC employees consistently carried out their daily work with a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect. Each finished product reflects not only professional expertise, but also a deep commitment to quality and customer trust—values that AEC continues to uphold as the cornerstone of its corporate culture.

To express appreciation for these dedicated efforts and to welcome the new year, AEC’s Management Board hosted the AEC 2025 Year-End Party on January 17, 2026, continuing a meaningful tradition of connection and shared reflection.

The event provided an opportunity for all employees to look back on the journey of the past year, while formally recognizing individuals and teams whose behind-the-scenes contributions supported the Company’s overall growth. This recognition served not only as encouragement, but also as a clear reflection of AEC’s consistent philosophy: valuing people and honoring long-term commitment.

Throughout the program, cultural performances, interactive activities, and a lucky draw were thoughtfully organized in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. These moments of togetherness helped strengthen internal bonds, deepen collegial relationships, and further cultivate a strong sense of teamwork—an essential element of AEC’s workplace culture.

Earlier, the AEC Sports Festival was also held with the aim of creating opportunities for cross-department interaction, enhancing team spirit, and fostering perseverance. Teams that achieved outstanding results were honored during the Year-End Party, recognizing collaboration and collective effort over individual achievement.

As we move into 2026—the Year of the Horse, a symbol of resilience, endurance, and forward momentum, challenges are expected to remain.
