HONORING INDIVIDUALS WITH THE BEST ACHIEVEMENTS IN 2023
The last year, 2023, was undoubtedly a rough year for Asti Electronics Corporation (AEC) been affected heavily due to economy depression. However, to honor the working spirit of all employees in the Company, the Board of Directors (BODs) still approved to celebrate the year-end party, welcome new year 2024.
Within the extent of welcoming new year, the sports festival was taken place from January 01 to January 20, 2024. Putting aside existing worries and difficulties, everyone participated and competed in sports enthusiastically and enjoyable, creating unforgettable moments for each employee. The winner of each sport would be rewarded in the year-end party celebrated on the evening of January 20, 2024.
In year-end party, AEC has honored 43 best employees, who have outstanding performance at work. We hope this number would increase next year to get more excellent employees, because manpower is the essential factor to our success. Beside the honor activity, there are a lot of musical performances and other entertainment, as well as the lucky draw activity. In total, there are more than 200 presents delivered to employees, including hampers, lucky envelopes, refrigerator, washing machine, etc… and the special prize with a brand-new motorbike.
Although there are still many difficulties and challenges in 2024 that AEC faces, with the leadership of the BODs and the working spirit of all employees, we are able to believe that production and business activities will continuously develop stably and sustainably.
