April Birthdays

It is often the simplest moments that create the strongest connections. In April 2026, AEC officially launched its monthly group birthday celebration program—marking a new milestone in building a people-centered workplace culture.
In this first event, 144 employees born in April came together to share a warm and meaningful experience. The highlight of the celebration was the heartfelt birthday wishes and message from General Director Mr. Kimpara, emphasizing that every individual at AEC is valued and appreciated.
As the melody of “Happy Birthday” filled the room, everyone joined in, creating a moment of genuine connection. Smiles, applause, and shared joy transformed the event into a memorable experience. Each employee received a birthday cake, along with three lucky draw prizes, adding excitement and a sense of shared celebration.
This program is more than just an event—it is a commitment. A commitment to fostering a workplace where employees not only work, but truly feel they belong. Starting from this April, the program will be held monthly, becoming a meaningful and lasting part of AEC’s corporate culture.
