Improvements in the various stages of production are one of the most important keys to the success of any business. In addition to internal enhancement activities, enterprises also seek other added values through sharing production experience with other enterprises. On August 11, 2023, entrusted by Japanese companies, Asti Electronics Corporation successfully organized the 3rd QCC Conference with memorable memories.
This year, there are 5 companies attending the QCC Meeting. They are Brother Industries Saigon Ltd (Brother), Ojitex Vietnam Co., Ltd (Ojitex), Inoac Polymer Vietnam Co., Ltd (Inoac), Aiphone Communications Vietnam Co., Ltd (Aiphone) and the host – Asti Electronics Corporation (AEC). During the Meeting, representatives from 04 companies not only delivered presentation to share their outstanding enhancement but also offer explanation for their enhancement. As a result, we strongly believe that each company learned new things from this occasion and perhaps one of them will be applied for our production. In general, the quality of the presentations is of the same level, so it’s hard to find which is the best one. After evaluation, the first prize went to Brother, the second prize went to AEC, the third prize was achieved by Aiphone and the fourth prize was obtained by Ojitex. Due to some reasons, Inoac cannot take part in their presentation in this Meeting, and we hope we can know Inoac’s enhancement in the next time.
With the aim to exchange and learn from experiences, we hope every company will obtain new knowledge and make enhancement more perfectly, then they can increase productivity in the best way.
